Exploitation
After exploring the website, I found that it lets you download pcap files for analysis. This inclides a IDOR vulnerability.
When a file gets downloaded it uses the url: http://10.10.10.245/download/1
By changing this to http://10.10.10.245/download/0
You can get the original PCAP which was recorded when the user Nathan logged in.
After reading the file we can see the login request with plain text credentials:
USER: nathan
PASS: Buck3tH4TFORM2!
This can be used with ssh to get access to nathans account, and then the user flag.

Privilege Escelation
Since this is a linux machine, I started with lin peas. I used wget to get this on the victim machine.
After running this if found a file with capabilities whick looks interesting:
/usr/bin/python3.8 = cap setuid.cap_net_bind_service+eip
This is used to bind a socket to internet domain privileged ports.
nathan@cap:/$ cd /var/www/html
nathan@cap:/var/www/html$ python3
